I have thoroughly enjoyed living in my flat provided through MAF properties this year. The flat is extremely clean and very well decorated with a lovely brand new kitchen and carpets. The property is very well equipped with everything you need and in a good working order. We have had absolutely no problems whatsoever with MAF and if we do ever have a question or a query they are very friendly and always happy to answer it for us. If it wasn't my final year at university I would definitely choose to use MAF properties again.

Really nice house that had just been done up, a few issues but all dealt with quickly and all really good size rooms. It's so close to Uni only 2 mins walk so really convenient and also has a parking space and a garden for BBQ's.

Staying with MAF for my second year was an easy choice, any maintenance issues were fixed quickly and if we had any problems there would always be someone to help. The location of the property is excellent close to uni and 2mins from West Street so no travel expenses. We have looked around many properties with many agents, but none compare to the standard and location of MAF.
