We are a well established locally owned business that has been involved with student accommodation in Sheffield for nearly twenty years. Over the years we have developed a friendly team of people with a vast range of knowledge and experience that they use to provide an outstanding range of properties and services.

MAF own all the properties that we offer unlike many other company's we don't manage properties for other people so we can ensure that all the accommodation we have abaliable meets our high standards. Because of this we take pride in maintaining our portfolio to keep our properties at the porefront of the market and are constantly refurbishing and upgrading the facilities on offer in our properties.

For your safety and security all our properties have security alarm systems or CCTV and coded intercom access systems. To give our tenants added peace of mind the vast majority of our properties are registered with the University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam University, MAF are also members of Sheffield City Council's Respoinsible Landlords Scheme and your deposits are fully protected by a government regulated tenancy deposit scheme.

All MAF Properties come equiped with a House Manual that contains instructions for all the appliances, a range of safety information and lots of other iseful information to help your tenancy go smoothly. If you do have any problems once you are settled in your MAF Property we have a dedicated maintenance team who will endevour to resolve any issues as soon as possible and are avaliable 24 hours for emergencies.
